Traveling to Sonscreen? We're glad to have you. The closest major airport to Sonscreen is LAX, but travelers with shorter flights have sometimes found comparable flights at the smaller and closer SNA and SBD airports.
Please feel free to reserve a room at a local hotel of your choice, or for larger groups, considering booking an AirBnB or VRBO house to share.

Travel Assistance for Schools:

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, Sonscreen can offer limited travel funding for schools wishing to attend the festival. Note that travel assistance is only available to qualifying schools. We are not able to provide travel funds to individuals at this time. Students please ask your teachers to apply for travel assistance if you would like to attend the festival and have a cost barrier. To apply, please click the button below and fill out the form.

Attendees must register for a festival pass if coming for the weekend. For those dropping in for a single film block or event, a guest pass will be available at the door.
Please park on the top level of the parking garage opposite the pictured structure. Festival entrance is in the courtyard around back of the building.
